Paid memberships and payments are handled by SubscribeStar (Starcling, LLC), not by the Services. SubscribeStar’s own terms apply to pledges, billing, and refunds: SubscribeStar Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility and age
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, if higher) to use the Services. By using the Services you confirm you meet this requirement. The Hub may contain adult (NSFW) creative works; do not access it if you are under 18 or if such content is unlawful where you are.
3. What the Services are
- Love Counter: a public character voting site. Eligible voters may cast limited votes; monthly results may inspire a short SFW lore piece from the creator.
- Hub: a convenience gallery and account area for people who already support the creator. Hub rewards mirror content that is also published on SubscribeStar. The Hub is not an exclusive off-platform benefit channel.
Subscriptions are purchased and managed on SubscribeStar (https://subscribe.yeougui.com/). We may use SubscribeStar’s read-only OAuth/API only to verify your subscriber status for Hub access.
4. Accounts and authentication
You may sign in with Discord and/or SubscribeStar OAuth. You are responsible for activity under your linked accounts. Do not share login sessions. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, fraud, ToS breaches, or legal risk.
5. Acceptable use and prohibited content
You must not:
- Break applicable law (including copyright, privacy, or child-protection law).
- Upload, link, or request material involving anyone under 18 in a sexual context, real or fictional where prohibited by law.
- Harass, dox, threaten, or spam other users or the operator.
- Bypass access controls, scrape aggressively, or attack the Services.
- Misrepresent subscription status or share paid Hub access commercially.
- Use the Services in ways that violate SubscribeStar Guidelines or their Terms when your use is tied to SubscribeStar.
6. Content, IP, and licences
Creator artwork, lore, and branding remain owned by the creator (or their licensors). Personal, non-commercial viewing of Hub content while your entitlement lasts is allowed. No redistribution, scraping for datasets, or commercial reuse without written permission.
Votes, likes, favorites, and tag suggestions you submit may be used to operate and improve the Services (including public vote tallies and moderation).
7. Payments, refunds, and cancellation (SubscribeStar)
We do not charge cards on the Love Counter or Hub. All paid pledges are processed by SubscribeStar. For refunds: Request refund (refund@subscribestar.com). You may also email us at shop@yeougui.com; we will forward refund requests that belong with SubscribeStar.
Cancel anytime on SubscribeStar: Unsubscribe on SubscribeStar. Log in to your SubscribeStar account if prompted. Cancellation stops future billing per SubscribeStar’s rules; it does not create a separate refund right against the Hub operator.
8. Content monitoring and reporting
We review reports and may remove Hub materials, hide sets, restrict accounts, or cooperate with platforms/authorities when required. Monitoring is risk-based (reports, automated signals, spot checks), not a promise of constant human review of every file.
Report content or abuse: Submit report (opens your mail app with a prefilled form).
9. Availability and changes
Services are provided “as is” and may change, pause, or end. We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change. Continued use after posting means you accept the updated Terms, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable EU/EEA or UK consumer law (including for death/personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services in any 12-month period is limited to EUR 50, or the amount you paid us directly for the Services in that period (usually EUR 0, because payments go to SubscribeStar), whichever is higher.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory protections of your habitual residence in the EU/EEA/UK. Courts of Germany have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rights.
